New Video

Shot along the scenicked portion of the layout (I deleted the old video and uploaded a new, better one). Click to watch the High Quality version (don't forget to click on the link below the video window).

I think I prefer Vimeo quality over YouTube, even though YouTube high quality isn't that bad. See for yourself, here is a 16:9 version of the video above uploaded on Vimeo.com.

Along the Pacific Coast on my N scale Southern Pacific Layout from Denny on Vimeo.

Nice! I wish I had a video camera, but there is so much else you "need" to have. I agree that the Vimeo version is better. A crisper and less distorted picture. Especially obvious by comparing the roofs of the cars in the 3:rd sequence.

Thanks Lennart! I wish I had a decent video camera, too.
Those videos are shot with my standard still camera: a Canon A590IS. It has video capabilities, but as you cab see, poor fps (frames per seconds).

Nice video Denny. Your scenery work is outstanding. I never get sick of looking at those pictures.
Now, how about getting some details on those Tunnel Motors ;)

Thanks Mike!

Detailing my engines is definitely something I have to do! I am very jealous of yours :D
I want to complete basic scenery first, like adding foam board where now is just spline running on vacuum :)

Wow! Great video! I also agree that the Vimeo is a higher quality image. Fantastic detail and accuracy in your scenery!
